How long does a custom home take?+
Most builds run 7 to 10 months from final plans. A Birch on a flat lot goes faster; a walkout on a hillside takes longer. You’ll have the schedule in writing before we pour.
Do you build on my lot?+
Yes. About half our builds are on the owner’s land. If you’re still lot-shopping, we’ll walk it with you before you make an offer and tell you what it’ll cost to build there.
What does it cost?+
Most of our homes land between $450,000 and $700,000, lot not included. After a first sit-down you’ll get a fixed written quote with an allowance sheet, not an estimate that grows. If you need a lender, we’ll point you to a couple of local banks we trust.
